If you have these files saved and backed up then you will never have to worry about mislaying a particular document.
You could also consider recycling your paper to save money. If you print something out by mistake, then why not put the paper back into the printer and print on the other side instead of just throwing out this paper.
You might want to consider buying your office supplies in bulk the first time you buy so that you can get a better price and they will last you longer. You will get a lower unit price for buying in bulk and if you have the capital initially then this will save you having to pay higher prices. One thing to remember however is that just because you have all of these office supplies, you should still take care to get as much use as you can from them. Do not be wasteful just because you have so much stock. Be sure to use something until it cannot be used any longer because that is the best way to save money.
